Awful Customer Support! I've made several orders with the company in the past without any problems, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I won't be ordering again. I placed a large order for a Christmas gift for my husband, specifying that it should be delivered to my sister's address. I confirmed the order and received a confirmation that the delivery address was correct. Shortly after, I received another confirmation stating that my parcel would be sent to a locker in London, which is 400 miles away! I immediately contacted the company's customer service and got a quick reply from a representative who confirmed that my order was being sent to an InPost Locker, ending his message with an offer for further assistance. It was clear that the representative hadn't read my message properly, as I had indicated that the order was going to an incorrect location. I promptly replied, reiterating the issue and asking for it to be corrected. Now, three days have passed and I've sent three messages without a response. Meanwhile, I've received a notification from InPost stating that my parcel has arrived in London and I have three days to collect it (which is 400 miles away from my location). As it stands, my husband's gifts are in London, and my efforts to resolve this have gone unheard. If everything goes smoothly, shopping with the company might be fine, but if issues arise, their customer support is terrible. This situation was not my fault, and I am extremely frustrated. I will not be using the company again after this experience. Disappointing performance!
