First time used and very impressed. Lovely quality items, quick delivery and refunds. The item I ordered was just gorgeous, but unfortunately just didn't suit me. But it won't stop me ordering in future.
Great service from start to finish. Probably the best clothing brand I’ve owned since leaving Timberland as I don’t support there standards anymore. Fit is perfect don’t be put off by price the items are worth every penny in my opinion.

Received the product on time, and I appreciated the quality and design. I really liked the hoodie; it was a Christmas gift from my partner. However, after just two uses, a tear appeared in one side of the pocket. I contacted the support team, and they approved my claim/return but asked me to send the hoodie back at my own expense to a location far away. The shipping cost was significantly higher than the price of the hoodie itself. It's not difficult to see the issue here.

Awful Customer Support! I've made several orders with the company in the past without any problems, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I won't be ordering again. I placed a large order for a Christmas gift for my husband, specifying that it should be delivered to my sister's address. I confirmed the order and received a confirmation that the delivery address was correct. Shortly after, I received another confirmation stating that my parcel would be sent to a locker in London, which is 400 miles away! I immediately contacted the company's customer service and got a quick reply from a representative who confirmed that my order was being sent to an InPost Locker, ending his message with an offer for further assistance. It was clear that the representative hadn't read my message properly, as I had indicated that the order was going to an incorrect location. I promptly replied, reiterating the issue and asking for it to be corrected. Now, three days have passed and I've sent three messages without a response. Meanwhile, I've received a notification from InPost stating that my parcel has arrived in London and I have three days to collect it (which is 400 miles away from my location). As it stands, my husband's gifts are in London, and my efforts to resolve this have gone unheard. If everything goes smoothly, shopping with the company might be fine, but if issues arise, their customer support is terrible. This situation was not my fault, and I am extremely frustrated. I will not be using the company again after this experience. Disappointing performance!
The ordering process was simple, and the delivery was prompt. It’s reassuring to know that if the item isn’t suitable, returning it is hassle-free. The coat is fantastic and fits perfectly; I usually wear a size 10/12, so I chose a Small. There’s enough room for additional layers.
I never received my order, which was confirmed by the carrier to have been delivered elsewhere. Despite several emails to customer service and completing the necessary paperwork, I have yet to receive a response regarding my refund request.
