Received the product on time, and I appreciated the quality and design. I really liked the hoodie; it was a Christmas gift from my partner. However, after just two uses, a tear appeared in one side of the pocket. I contacted the support team, and they approved my claim/return but asked me to send the hoodie back at my own expense to a location far away. The shipping cost was significantly higher than the price of the hoodie itself. It's not difficult to see the issue here.
