When this experience started I was extremely satisfied in my dealings with Passmore Kitchens and in the beginning I would have given them ten out of ten. My meetings and conversations with Julie Gokce were excellent. She understood from the outset what I wanted in a kitchen and she actually listened to me. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional.All the subcontracted tradesmen have also been very professional and trustworthy, the sort of people I was happy to have in my house. I was told it would be a three week process from start to finish but by next Tuesday, 24th June it will have been four weeks and the kitchen is not yet complete.My main kitchen installer, Stuart has been excellent. Sadly he has been taken away from my job on more than one occasion to help out at other sites when no one else has been available. Also I missed days due to no shows from the plasterer and electrician. I would like someone from Passmore to explain to me why my kitchen installation is less important than that of a new client. If Stuart had not been diverted, my kitchen would have been completed on time that is apart from the missing door handle. How a company can send 22 kitchen doors and only 21 handles is beyond me.Imagine my delight on 21st June, when the final invoice dropped through my letterbox. Included with it was a box of chocolates. It strikes me that your company would be better off not handing out Prosecco and chocolates and concentrating on customer service. I will pay the invoice immediately when the kitchen is finally completed. On a positive note, I am pleased with the new kitchen and will be thankful when the installation is over. However I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Would I recommend Passmore Kitchens? Sadly not from my experience.
