Review Time
I recently had a back door and wet room installed by Passmore Group, and unfortunately my overall experience has been very disappointing.
From the outset, there were issues with communication and organisation. Contractors failed to attend as scheduled, and I received calls where it appeared I was being confused with another customer. When I initially raised these concerns, the response I received over the phone was dismissive and lacking professionalism. I escalated this further, however I felt that the same attitude continued even at a senior level.
Although I was later informed that the work had been “completed”, this is not the case. There are still outstanding snagging issues, predominantly relating to the door installation, which remain unresolved. I have had no follow-up contact or review visit arranged despite raising this.
Communication throughout has been poor. On one occasion, two window/door fitters arrived at my home without any prior notice—no phone call or email to inform me. This was particularly concerning as I have previously made the company aware that I am a vulnerable, disabled woman living alone. This lack of consideration was both unsettling and unacceptable.
I do want to highlight that the contractor Kevin, who completed my wet room, was fantastic. He demonstrated genuine care and professionalism throughout, had a lovely manner, made me feel listened to, and made a real effort to engage warmly with my two dogs. The issues I have raised are not reflective of his work, which has been excellent. He is the reason I have given two stars.
Overall, the experience has been overshadowed by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and unresolved issues. I am still awaiting contact to resolve the outstanding works.

Just had a bathroom fitted by Passmore and could not be more delighted with the whole experience from design to installation. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional and rounded off by an excellent fitter, Sean. Sean was superb! Hard working, very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to see that everything was as we wanted. Thank you to everyone at Passmore!
We have just had our bathroom uprated with new bath, shower, toilet, sink and new wall cladding and i must say it now looks just great. The two bathroom fitters Dean and Ryan were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, they explained what they were going to do and their standard of work was top notch could not fault them I'm very happy with the result
Just had a bedroom converted into a bathroom, fitted by Dean And Ryan and cannot fault their work. They arrived at the time they said they would and discussed any issues, which were many as the room didn't have any straight walls, but they came up with idea after idea to make our vision work, even working into the evening to complete this project. Everyone who has been involved in this has been friendly and accommodating, from Angela the designer to Joe the surveyor, Mark the electrician, Dave, the accounts dept and customer service, you can tell they take pride in what they create.
From start to finish, my bathroom installation has been as smooth as one could expect from what is an unavoidably disruptive process. Simon’s design, which worked around an awkward space, was creative and the ideal solution. Ben, the fitter, was a pleasure to have in the house. He arrived every morning at the specified time, was fastidiously tidy, was very happy to talk me through the work he was doing and had some creative ideas when we were chatting about decorating and finishing touches. This isn’t cheap but is excellent value for money. I can’t rate Ben’s work highly enough, and definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a top quality outcome and experience. Thank you.
From initial design by Julie to full completion of our shower room we were extremely pleased with the whole process.Zibby was our main installer and we couldn’t fault his workmanship and dedication.
