The car Pass N Go provided to me and my instructor had an expired MOT on the day of my driving test, which the company had never notified my instructor about until my test was cancelled. My instructor and I complained to the company and they said they will get back in 28 days. Bunch of incompetent bums...

From day one, Jill’s patience was incredible. Learning to drive can be nerve-wracking, but she has a way of keeping the atmosphere calm and encouraging, which really helped build my confidence behind the wheel.
Her knowledge of the road was second to none. She doesn’t just teach you how to pass the test; she teaches you the skills needed to be a safe, competent driver for life. She was always able to break down complex maneuvers into simple, manageable steps that actually made sense to me.
If you’re looking for an instructor who is professional, highly skilled, and genuinely cares about your progress, ask for Jill!
I passed 1st time with Grant! Throughout all of my lessons he was great, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Driving Instructor. The lessons were just like how ‘real life’ driving would be. He makes sure that you have experience in all kinds of areas that you may be faced with as a driver, and that you’re confident with it before you move onto something new. He is very patient and will explain things as many times as you need, which makes something as difficult as learning how to drive, feel easier.

Bought my son 2x2hour lessons for xmas 1st lesson he couldnt fit in car as too small (yaris) he did have a 2 hour lesson learning controls the instructor told png he needed a bigger car second lesson another small car turned up and the instructor said it would not be safe for him to try and drive and cancelled lesson png now say because the instructor turned up thats it no refund no lesson .more money to send a bigger car disgusting
I couldn’t recommend Sean Smith highly enough as a driving instructor. I came in with some existing knowledge, but Sean really took my driving to the next level with his tips, tricks, and experience.
He made me feel incredibly comfortable behind the wheel, and we got along really well from the start, which made a huge difference to my confidence. Overall, I had a brilliant experience learning with him, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to learn to drive.

Avoid at all costs. I have waited a month to have access to a booking calender and then finally allocated an instructor where can over only lessons on a monthly basis. I paid for lessons in advance and so now at a ransom as can't get lessons and they refuse a refund
Roberta has been a fantastic driving instructor, I don't think I was the easiest to teach but she had the patience of a saint and got me to pass my test. I also found the Pass N Go app easy to use from finding an instructor to booking or changing lessons, I'm glad I learnt to drive with them.
I initially paid £340 for a block of 10 driving lessons which were booked shortly after signing up.Ten days after booking, all of my lessons were cancelled without explanation and I'm left unable to book any alternative ones, as the option is greyed out on my dashboard. I don't even have the option to contact my instructor anymore.I now have 10 hours of credits that I cannot use, essentially throwing £340 away. Deeply frustrating and stressful experience. I'm now trying to get a refund, but reading the other reviews, I'm not liking my chances. EDIT 13/02: I have been offered a full refund within 5 working days, which I appreciate. However, this was only offered as my payment is within a 14 day cooling off period, which would not have been the case if I hadn't received a quick response - which only happened because I left a negative review. When submitting my initial query, I was told a response would take up to 10 days, which would have taken me out of this period.
