This was my fourth tour with Passports. We were five days before departure in 2020 when COVID ramped up in Spain and we had to cancel. We were the very first group that had to change because of COVID. At that time no one knew what was going to happen. With a discussion with Dave and Dale, they decided to offer us a full group postponement at no charge, even though there had been no COVID government money yet. It was only beginning at that time. We had to postpone again in 2021 and we finally travelled in June 2022. It was so much work on the part of the whole Passports team, especially Dale, because I think we had each other on speed dial by then. As usual, our hotels were fabulous, centrally located, safe, clean and comfortable and sometimes a little bit luxurious too. We always customize our trips and tours and we were able to do everything that we wanted to do. Our tour director, Victoria, has been with us for two trips and she is part of our family. We appreciate and love her so much. Unfortunately while we were traveling, we had a death in the family of my Co-leader and Passports immediately scheduled him to go home and were very supportive. They treat customers like family and show us how much they care. We will always be loyal to this family run company and are booked for 2023 for Italy for Round Five!
