Passports Educational Travel worked wonderfully for me and my students when I was in the classroom. Now that I am retired, I get to share their excellent travel services with adults! I cannot recommend them enough for high school or college students as well as more mature travelers. I look forward to traveling with them for years to come!
I felt well supported while on tour. One of my travelers broke her ankle and we had to go to the hospital. I could not ride in the ambulance, so I had to get a taxi and meet her there. I was separated from my group and realized I didn't have any Euros for the taxi. Our TD gave me 100 euros to cover the trip and all he asked was get a receipt. While in the taxi riding over Dale from the office called to coach me on what to do. That support made all the difference. She immediately was looking up flights and a hotel stay for me and the injured traveler. Our bus was leaving for Greece that evening. So, I was going to have to get us to the next country on my own. With the support of Passports OfCourse. She made one heck of a scary situation manageable. We ended up catching up with our bus and continued on. The trip was fantastic and now that it's all said in done, I'm grateful for the experience of going to the hospital, not speaking the language and able to just get by. My traveler did a wonderful job keeping her fears at bay and dealing with the pain. She is a RN and I have a medical background, we ended up not being seen at the hospital, and we decided to leave after no end in sight. She was a rock star for staying as positive as can be. hopefully this is a one and only time I have to deal with a foreign hospital. That was not our only bump in the road. Our overnight Ferry from Italy to Greece was cancelled due to a boating accident. Passports behind the scenes had to reroute us, find us a hotel, find a restaurant to feed 52 people all within a few hours and purchase us new reservations for the ferry. Great Job for all that had a hand in our wonderful trip. I will be booking with passports again on customer service alone
This is the THIRD repeat of this trip to Athens and island hopping on the Aegean Sea. I've worked with Passports for over twenty years. I would never use any other group. They listen. They are flexible. We got direct flights, great hotels, and kind assistants to make sure our transitions from airport to hotel to cruise ship and back were seamless.

The tours are top notch, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them. I used a different company for 6 other tours. I have been working with Passports for years doing student tours. Since retirement, I have begun running adult tours. I have just returned from Budapest, Vienna and Prague with 31 adults. This was an AMAZING tour! Our hotels were TOP NOTCH. Our meals (some were included and some were on our own), were DELICIOUS. Our tour director was responsive and helpful beyond compare. Prior to departure, the company responded to all of my concerns and were wonderfully helpful.I am already working on a tour for next year for adults and I am using Passports again.
I have used Passports for my school trips for years and time and time again this company has not disappoint. I took some of my students to Greece earlier this summer and they all had a wonderful experience. The hotels are centrally located allowing the group to be REALLY close to major attractions avoiding the need for public transportation. Hotels are also clean and the breakfast is plentiful. The tour guides are very knowledgeable, and the buses used for sightseeing are clean, comfortable with very responsible and capable drivers. The different activities included in the tour allow the participants to not only get a glimpse on the places they are visiting but also knowledge about the different places and their attractions. Food for the most part is culturally relevant and tasty. Most important, the people that work at passports are extremely helpful, from planning the trip that best suits the needs of your group, to replying quick to any questions or issues. I would without a doubt recommend Passports to any teacher considering doing a trip with their students, believe me, you won't be disappointed!
The food and restaurants were regionally authentic and really good. The hotels were centrally located, clean and comfortable. Our tour guide stayed with us for the entire trip and encouraged everyone to participate in all of the experiences offered. Our tour guide was also very professional and put our health and safety first. I will say that Passports is an excellent package for the price.
We had a fabulous experience with Passports. Their commitment from start-to-finish is solid --- whether it's the hotel locations, the food experiences, planning the tour itinerary, or the helpfulness (and endless patience) of the Passports staff, Passports is far above other tour companies. Our tour director was professional, knowledgeable, responsive to our needs as a group, and friendly. Every detail was so well thought out, and I would do this again a thousand times over!

Our district has been working with a different company for 30+ years. When I came in, I decided to switch to passport after my first year and I am very glad I did. Everything on my trip was flawless. The choice of hotels, the tour director, the bus driver and the additional shuttle bus we needed for our extended stay. The logistical support before the trip was unmatched as well.
