⭐ 1 Star – I am utterly shocked by the behavior of the service provider. Despite repeatedly informing them of the passing of the person they are trying to reach, they continue to send letters and seek communication. The necessary notifications have been completed, so there's no excuse for this relentless and callous behavior. Pursuing someone who is deceased for payment is not only incompetent but also deeply heartless. Any organization with a hint of professionalism would have updated their records. Clearly, this company lacks basic competence. I would strongly advise against engaging with them.
