The courier service used attempted delivery at 7:00 AM—well before standard business hours—when our office was closed. They repeated this attempt at the same early hour on another day, despite my clear instructions to leave the package at my office.Unfortunately, my message was either not received or ignored, and there was no way to communicate directly with the shipping company due to the lack of a working phone number or responsive support. As a result, I have now lost an expensive item with no clear resolution.This situation could have been avoided had a more reliable and communicative shipping service been used. I strongly urge the company to reconsider its logistics partner, as this experience has been deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on an otherwise promising purchase.
