We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We purchased multiple clothing items as Christmas gifts and decided to return just one item, which was never worn or even tried on, as it was intended to remain new for gifting.
Despite this, Patagonia returned the item to us twice, claiming it had been worn, without providing any specific explanation or evidence. The product is in immaculate, unused condition.
For a company of this size and reputation, this handling of a straightforward return is unacceptable. We expect transparency, clear communication, and fair treatment when following the return policy in good faith.
