Completely absurd. They use a delivery service that clearly disregards customer experience. 2 out of the 4 pots I ordered were broken. The return process is very frustrating. As I have a disability, I physically cannot fulfill their requirements. They do not make outgoing calls to arrange replacements for the damaged pots.
