A large selection of plants and pots at great prices. Add to that quick delivery and you have great reasons to shop at Patch Plants. Then the plants are organised into how easy to look after, we went for the “unkillable”, thats what we needed. Just add to those comments the following, we made a mistake in our order, entirely our fault and in rode Klem at Patch Plants and everything was fixed. So, great plants, good prices, fast delivery AND great customer service, why go anywhere else? Thanks to everyone at Patch Plants.
I ordered my plants a few days ago and they came swiftly and without delay! They were wrapped amazingly to ensure that no soil etc got out and have no broken or damaged leaves. You can absolutely tell that they picked some of the finest plants from the bunch and really care for them. They were really easy to work with and kept me updated upon dispatch/arrival and gave me a clear window. I would definitely recommend them and they are the best online plant shop that I have bought from.
Totally unacceptable. The choice of delivery service reflects a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Two of the four items I ordered arrived damaged. The return process is incredibly frustrating. Due to my disability, I cannot complete the necessary steps. They do not initiate calls to arrange replacements for the damaged items.

The plant arrived in excellent condition and matched the description perfectly. Delivery was arranged swiftly despite the busy January period. There was a minor delay from the delivery service, but that was due to weather conditions, not the company. I've had a much different experience with another provider of similar products. I will definitely choose this company moving forward! You saved the day!
