Their clothing looks super cool!! I have ordered on the 28th of november and received it on the 16th of January. There was something wrong with a shirt so they emailed me and gave me the choice to upgrade my item for free. After a few weeks that same item also had a problem so I have asked for my money back(I haven’t received it). The delivery took ages and it seems like they don’t even have an idea on an estimated delivery time. They said multiple times “it wil be shipped this week” but every time it wasn’t shipped that week. The quality is SHIT my friend wore the shirt 1 time and the design is already letting loose. I have tried to mail them about it but I haven’t gotten a reponse.
Hoodie looks great! Quality is decent on first inspection. Had to return as it was a bit small, too short and the arm cuffs were very tight (I have skinny wrists myself). FYI, I’m 180cm and ordered a small - this is a size which almost always fits me in a hoodie like this.Delivery is long and expensive.I’ve had a good experience with the customer service when requesting a return - no AI nonsense. Also, they respond quickly on social media.
The products are honestly amazing, excellent quality, great fit, and premium feel. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the design and materials.There is still some room for improvement when it comes to shipping times and order processing, but in my experience, their customer service has always tried to help and find a solution, especially through Instagram, where they are responsive and transparent.I’ve had a couple of different issues in the past, both related to payments and shipping, and although it sometimes took a bit of time due to what seems like a high volume of requests, everything was eventually resolved fairly and professionally.It’s understandable that response times can be a bit slower given the demand, but what really matters to me is that they take responsibility and always work towards a solution.Overall, great products and a brand with a lot of potential. I’ll definitely keep supporting them.
