Ordered a product from their latest drop on 06/04/2025, no tracking was sent (Thankfully, I always take screen shots) I emailed their help email, after 7 days I finally got a response, saying there was an issue in their warehouse. I have since emailed twice more and not received a response. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company.
