Justin made my experience seamless. He was/is Awesome!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great since of humor. I’ve been working with him since Aug 2024. Prior to that I had called PatientFi a handful of times and always had good customer service. I’ve spoken to Justin multiple times. Every time I did he was always so pleasant and patient. He answered all my questions from who is PatientFi to loans, interest rates, approval, processing, understanding the app and much more. He really knows his stuff. In his voice I could hear his sincerity and how genuine he was. He really backs PatientFi. Deciding to apply for a loan can be nerve racking. I would worry about “hidden” agendas. It wasn’t like that at all with Justin taking care of me. He was very transparent. These days it’s hard to find great customer service. You either get a robot, language barrier or a phone tree on a loop with no one “live” to talk to. Justin made me feel like a family friend. I was really comfortable with him.
