Our surgery no longer takes requests to see a GP over the telephone. We fill in an online form Anima. It is quick and easy to use and once filled in it goes to the GP on call who will read through it and decide a course of action. They then send a text message to you saying what wool happen. It is very effective and our surgery is now a calmer happier place to be. Top marks and highly recommended.
