The product kit arrived promptly; instructions were clear and easy to follow; the return was simple with label return box provided; finally, the results came within 24 business day hours. Bacteria were identified, gram +/-labeled, quantity listed, antibiotics that work with bacteria were listed, and bacterial gene resistant antibiotics were also listed. The antibiotic I was currently on was a bacteria resistant drug!
