This is my second visit to the service, and once again, everyone was very professional and accommodating. The radiologist had a question about my x-ray and promptly contacted my GP to clarify. She was also very efficient and kind during the x-ray process. The receptionist was warm and assisted me in figuring out how to get information sent to my email, making the entire experience very positive!
The receptionist addressed my personal concerns about the MRI, which really reassured me. The radiologists were all very supportive, and the procedure was explained clearly. My time in the scanner passed quickly, especially while enjoying jazz through the headphones—I momentarily forgot my surroundings. A big thank you to everyone for making me feel at ease. I hope this MRI helps alleviate my painful back.
I had an amazing experience at this facility. From the welcoming reception staff to the radiographers - they were all professional, warm, and friendly. We truly enjoyed our time there. One of the radiographers was particularly attentive to my 87-year-old mother; she was so impressed that she joked about wanting to take him home with her. Thank you so much! Exceptional experience at the clinic. As a specialist in sports injuries, I'm particular about MRI scans, and I appreciate the high-tech equipment available. The receptionist and scanning staff were very professional, and the facility was easily accessible.
There was no sign on the door. I rang the reception bell with no response. After multiple attempts, I asked passing staff if there was an imaging company, but they said no. Eventually, I found the entrance with help from a different company. The receptionist was unsympathetic and claimed to have heard nothing. It was a cold wait outside, and the lack of signage was frustrating.
