I bought a bistro set online and received a confirmation email but no delivery date. I emailed for an update two days later but got no response. I called multiple times but only reached voicemail. Fortunately, I paid through a payment platform, and after raising a dispute, they replied to inform me the item was out of stock. I had to request a refund. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, and I’m still awaiting my refund over a week later.
