Terrible experience! I would give zero stars if possible. There was no communication after 7 days of placing my order and no delivery information. Meanwhile, the business kept thanking me for my patience rather than addressing the issues. They lack a public review system and only showcase selected positive reviews, giving potential customers no visibility into situations like mine. If you have a deadline, do not trust this company.
I ordered a granite base out of season. There was a mix-up with stock and shipping. I had the option to get a refund or wait until spring, and since I wasn't in a rush, I chose to wait. The shipping company had some issues, but the service team kept in touch and resolved everything. The base was delivered this week and looks great.
