Initially, they replied to my emails, with the last one stating that the products had cleared Customs and they would provide a delivery date soon. However, that confirmation email never came. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I visited their listed address, only to find it was just a third-party warehouse. The warehouse supervisor informed me that many other dissatisfied customers like myself have been coming in looking for updates on their orders.
