I only write reviews if a product / service is either exceptionally good, or unacceptably bad - so here goes ..... I decided to buy the black spot remover out of desperation. I have jet washed my patio each year, which effectively cleans the layer of dirt, grime and algae, but never shifts black spot and has got progressively worse. I was sceptical about the manufacturer's claims, but, as mentioned, desperate. Having now used the product, I have to say that the claims are true and accurate in every respect. Within minutes of applying the solution you can see the black spots disappearing and, after further jet washing, the slabs are, indeed, restored to their original condition (or somewhere very close). It is expensive and for a large size patio area you'll require a large quantity, but it is worth every penny.
