What a breath of fresh air! Exceptional customer service is, unfortunately, rare these days. However, this is not the case with the team of Patio Pelican. I placed an order for a daybed, and I accidentally selected a pillow that wasn't the same color. They caught that, called, and emailed to verify. I live in MX and it would have been so disappointing, weeks to return and exporting fees upwards of 42% to send and receive a new item, but they didn't allow this to happen. I totally will continue to support this business and share it with my circle. Here's to hoping the delivery is just as exceptional. Cheers Patio Pelican...you are doing it so right!
