Unfortunately, I find myself in the same situation as many others. I ordered an umbrella in mid-October, and I was informed that it was on its way from the factory, with a delivery expected by the end of November. I had an important event on December 12 for which I needed the product, but that deadline passed, and now I have not received any replies to my numerous emails. There is no contact number available. It seems that our outdoor Christmas gatherings will take place without any sun protection. Very disappointed.
