Outstanding service! I had ordered a 3m square cantilever umbrella with LEDs. The delivery initially mentioned it would take some time due to the peak season. I reached out via email right away, as I needed it for a surprise birthday celebration at my home. Within 10 minutes, I received a response addressing my request and offering an expedited shipping option. It arrived just two days later, and they even followed up with me afterward. Not to mention, this product feels like a high-end item but is priced exceptionally well. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you, team, for making it all happen. I truly appreciate it!

Outstanding support and quick resolution for stock issues.

I experienced outstanding support when I encountered an out of stock issue after ordering an umbrella two weeks before my wedding. I received an email notifying me about the stock issue and was advised to email for priority assistance. The representative responded swiftly that same evening and offered a complimentary upgrade to an available umbrella, which was delivered in just a few days. I highly recommend their service; the umbrella setup was also straightforward and it looks fantastic.

Great experience with our patio umbrella order

We placed our order for a patio umbrella and base on December 3, 2025, and received it in two packages on the 23rd and 24th of December. The delivery was free within the metro area. I had some initial concerns due to reviews, but those were primarily from overseas suppliers. The support team was very quick to respond to any questions I had about the delivery or the umbrella. We are really happy with the umbrella and base.

Misleading delivery promises and poor service.

They claimed a quick delivery in 3-5 days. After three months and numerous emails, we finally received half of our order after involving the consumer protection agency. The second half arrived with promises of free upgrades, but of course, there were no upgrades. This service is utterly deceptive. I strongly advise against making a purchase.

Terrible experience with delivery

I ordered my umbrella on the 26th of November and was informed it would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. After waiting 2 weeks without any updates, I decided to check in. I received an email stating my order had cleared customs and would arrive within the week, but that was 2.5 weeks ago. I've been following up daily without any responses. I was promised delivery before Christmas when I placed my order. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS with this service, as I feel this entire situation is a SCAM and I am out $1,000!

Ordered an umbrella weeks ago, but no delivery!

I placed an order for my umbrella over three weeks ago, with the expectation it would arrive by Christmas. I've attempted to reach out to the company multiple times, but there's no phone number available, and they haven't responded to my online chats or emails. I'm losing hope of receiving my umbrella in time for Christmas, which was the main reason I purchased it. I'm not sure what else to do but leave this review in the hope that someone from the service can see it and respond to me. Thank you.

Frustrating experience with delivery.

Unfortunately, I find myself in the same situation as many others. I ordered an umbrella in mid-October, and I was informed that it was on its way from the factory, with a delivery expected by the end of November. I had an important event on December 12 for which I needed the product, but that deadline passed, and now I have not received any replies to my numerous emails. There is no contact number available. It seems that our outdoor Christmas gatherings will take place without any sun protection. Very disappointed.
