I've attempted to reach out to the company multiple times, but there's no phone number available, and they haven't responded to my online chats or emails. I'm losing hope of receiving my umbrella in time for Christmas, which was the main reason I purchased it. I'm not sure what else to do but leave this review in the hope that someone from the service can see it and respond to me. Thank you.
