I was looking forward to the cake I ordered, but it was a letdown. The cake looked dull and lifeless, far from what was promised in the pictures. It lacked freshness and vibrancy, and the berries on top were frozen. I expected fresh toppings for the price I paid. I ended up buying fresh berries to enhance the cake. For the price, I hoped for something much more appealing. This experience has left me dissatisfied.
