I've been visiting their Ealing location for many years and recently decided to order my first cake online. The ordering process was straightforward, and the cake arrived in excellent condition. I was initially hesitant about ordering a cake through the mail, as it's not typical. The cake was fresh. However, I do feel that their cakes were of higher quality before they faced administration; they don't seem to be as good now.
