I am very disappointed in the delayed processing and shipping time you provide. You have positioned your products in the luxury category of makeup, charging $90 for a foundation when the average price of foundations is $55. By charging almost x2 the price of an average foundation, you are allowing customers to buy into the greatness of your products and expect excellent service. Other makeup brands with foundations averaging $55 with finishes just like yours (Nars for example) deliver the order within 5 days max. Luxury houses ship orders within 3 business days. If you believe that your products are just as good as them, you also need to align your service and lead time with theirs. I myself was willing to pay the premium price to support a black owned business but I am disappointed. Please do better. From a very disappointed client.Update: received my order about 3 weeks after ordering. Contacted the brand and received the typical « delays are due to covid » response. The lipstick is my favourite but I can do without the foundation and the gloss. Other brands are just as competitive in terms of quality and offer great service.
