I've been a loyal customer for years, especially for underwear, and have received catalogues and orders at my current address for 8 years. However, my last order was mistakenly sent to an old address from a decade ago. I paid for fast delivery as I was about to go on holiday. While the company did leave a message about the return, the sales agent I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. This was the worst phone experience I've ever had. There seemed to be no interest in fixing the problem, and I was even accused of wasting their money on postage. The company really needs to improve their phone service; upsetting customers is never a good strategy. I've lost trust in them to send my orders correctly.
