I bought a silk polo neck vest for my husband. It was faulty and Payra replaced it. The new one had the same fault. I was not given a choice about compensation- just sent a cheque. I asked if they could do a BACS transfer because it’s hard to pay a cheque into my bank. Patra have refused. Patra supplied the faulty garments so I think they should compensate me in a way that works for me.Having read Patra’s reply I would argue with their account on two points. 1. They have been clear both on the phone and in writing that BOTH garments were FAULTY. 2. I ordered replacements BEFORE Patra refused to pay the refund in a way that would not cost me time and money to use. It’s disappointing that Patra have not been completely accurate in their reply.
