Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating! They do not answer phone calls, and when I emailed their support team to cancel my order and request a refund, I was met with silence. My order has been stuck in shipping status for over two weeks, yet I keep receiving emails claiming it has been shipped. They fail to fully read my requests for a refund and simply respond with the shipping status and a tracking number that shows the product hasn't even been picked up by the carrier. I'm beginning to suspect this company is a total scam, exploiting veterans for marketing purposes.
