I placed an order before Thanksgiving, and it took more than three weeks to ship. Now it shows as delivered to a mailbox, but there's no specific address provided. The support team doesn't respond to phone calls or emails, so this will be my last order with them. The customer service, order fulfillment, and inventory management were all lacking, making for a frustrating experience.
We never got our shirts, and now $171 feels wasted. I called multiple times and left messages inquiring if the shirts would arrive before or after Christmas, but received no response. I strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this service!
