Similar to others who have shared negative feedback, we faced a frustrating situation when we were informed that we could no longer access the self-service platform. The representative from customer support acknowledged that there were no issues with our account, yet we were denied access without any clear reason. After reaching out multiple times without receiving a response, we decided to switch to a different software solution. I cannot recommend their software, as paying customers should have the right to use the services they’ve paid for. There should be no restrictions on access, especially for a self-service platform. They cited a policy breach, but like many others who left poor reviews, we received no information about what policy was supposedly violated. It feels like a scam.
