Frustrating Experience with Customer Support

Similar to others who have shared negative feedback, we faced a frustrating situation when we were informed that we could no longer access the self-service platform. The representative from customer support acknowledged that there were no issues with our account, yet we were denied access without any clear reason. After reaching out multiple times without receiving a response, we decided to switch to a different software solution. I cannot recommend their software, as paying customers should have the right to use the services they’ve paid for. There should be no restrictions on access, especially for a self-service platform. They cited a policy breach, but like many others who left poor reviews, we received no information about what policy was supposedly violated. It feels like a scam.

Debit card rejected - extension of payment due date.

After our debit card info was compromised and our payment could not be processed, I contacted Patriot support. I was quickly given an extension of time until we get our new card.

I'm a long time QuickBooks user

I'm a long time QuickBooks user, so the Patriot system is quite different. I'm old, so change isn't easy. That said, Patriot's phone support has been tremendously helpful. They are both knowledgeable and kind. The FAQ, and documentation is also helpful. Still in the conversion phase, but going reasonably well.

No one, and I mean no one, has the customer service of Patriot Software. I've used their software for 5 years. I have never waited longer than 30 seconds for one of their US based Reps to answer and provide accurate, timely solutions to whatever my concern might be. I have used two of the more widely known accounting / payroll software packages including the best-known. Patriot Software's customer support is orders of magnitude better than both! Their software lacks a few features I would like to have but their service is SO much better that I am wiling to work around these fairly small limitations. Given Patriot's overall culture, I suspect it won't be long before they add these features into their software.
