The customer support experience has been absolutely terrible. My shipment took over two weeks, and my cancellation request was completely ignored. There were no updates or shipping status provided by anyone. I finally received my shipment, but I have an unopened box full of items that I want to return, and my numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered. I am well within my 30-day return window. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities and disputing these charges with my financial institution. This is simply unacceptable!
