I've left voice messages and sent emails, but I've received no assistance whatsoever. When I call the toll-free number, I'm put on hold only to hear prompts before being disconnected. I've tried reaching out for help through social media, email, and phone, but no one is responding. With the holidays approaching, I'm left with nothing. It's unfortunate to have to say this about a Black-Owned Business, but this experience has been terrible.
