This has been a very disappointing experience. My order took more than two weeks to arrive, and my cancellation request was overlooked. I received no updates or shipping information. Now that my package has arrived, it remains unopened as I attempt to return it. My multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered, and I'm still within the 30-day return period. I intend to file a complaint with the relevant authorities and dispute these charges with my bank. This situation is completely unacceptable!
