I've been a satisfied customer for about 15 years and want to continue, but I'm disappointed to learn that the company has ended its partnership with a recycling service. This decision seems to prioritize cost over sustainability. If the program were advertised better, perhaps more customers would participate. I hope the recycling initiative is reinstated or replaced with a suitable alternative!
