Extremely disappointing first order: only received 2 out of 9 items.

My initial experience was very frustrating: I ordered 9 items but only got 2. The replacement never showed up, and despite numerous follow-ups, the promised refund was never issued. I consistently received conflicting information from the support team without any real solution. I will not be buying from this company again and will advise others to steer clear of a similar experience.

This decision seems to prioritize cost over sustainability. If the program were advertised better, perhaps more customers would participate. I hope the recycling initiative is reinstated or replaced with a suitable alternative!

I placed an order over 10 days ago and waited for a warehouse delay to be resolved. However, customer service refused to cancel and refund my order since it was still in the shipping department. I shouldn't have to wait indefinitely for my order before receiving a refund. I'm very disappointed with the service.
