I placed an order for 5 items and received 1. I assumed the other 4 would arrive in a separate parcel, but they didn’t. Phoned customer services 2 weeks later & expected an argument, but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Missing items dispatched without argument arriving 4 days later. Fantastic customer services.
