Amazed by their customer service. I haven’t tried many products but I like the ones that I have. The delivery company they are using delivered my order somewhere else and then washed their hands of the problem. Thankfully Paulaschoise customer service is resending my order free of charge through another delivery company ( Royal Mail which is the best). Companies don’t often do that.
