Jason Peters Mitigation Manager came to my rental property to inspect it for mold after my tenant paid for an estimate from a different company. The company hired by my tenant didn't test for mold/moisture only a visual inspection was done. He was unaware that the other company's estimate was for over $ 4,000 worth of remediation and additional monies for HVAC cleaning. Jason was professional, courteous, and detailed in his inspection carefully going through each area of the home. The inspection showed no sign of mold - he suggested HVAC and vent cleaning.
