Atrocious Customer Service.Sadly, it seems my experience of Paul Dubberley echoes the other review on this site.I initially contacted Paul Dubberley six weeks ago as I had seen a property advertised with them I was interested in. My wife and I went to the office and made an appointment for two weeks ago.We arrived for the appointment only to be told that the appointment wasn't a 'real appointment' as it hadn't been confirmed and the relevant person was finishing early on that day, so, an appointment was made for to-day (11/6/22).In the interim, my wife and I decided not to go ahead with Paul Dubberley (I think it is understandable that we have concerns after the initial experience). I have tried to call the office three times this morning and the call has just rung out, so, I have no idea whether anyone is even in the office to-day.When we were last in the office, the property we were interested in was pictured in the window under the caption 'New Instructions', when we enquired about this, we were informed that the 'Vendor had accepted an offer' and this happened 'in the last few minutes. Although this may have happened, I think we should put this against a reality check. Finally, I found out about Paul Dubberley the government's website; I am not sure if Paul Dubberley have a government contract, but, I would hope for a higher standard of due diligence from the government.
