The tiles are good quality.. but I’m so disappointed with the service. £72 for delivery, and they don’t even send you a text with the delivery times.I ordered too little tiles, and no one answers the phone, been trying to reorder again and just can’t speak to anyone. Given this, i was forced to do a new order online instead and ended up with different tiles. No one answers the phone. It’s just not organised. Impossible to plan with when my builder can start and so disappointed with the fact I’ve ended up with different thickness tiles.
