We've bought a large amount of paving in 3 batches and we've been given 2 completely different types of paving. PP say it's a batching issue and are refusing to work with us whatsoever but the 2 products we've been sold are completely different and it is not a batching issue. They won't even come out and inspect. We laid it all and our lads never realised the difference until they cleaned it all off for grouting.Their customer service has been shocking. Taking forever to reply. Sending ineligable emails. Breaking promises. Refusing to work with us at all.
