Although there was a delay due to a sale, they kept me updated throughout the wait. Most impressively, after I mentioned my disability, they went above and beyond to find a courier willing to carry the paving by hand down my side alley to the back garden for a modest extra fee. I haven't installed the circle yet, but I rarely encounter such kindness and consideration from any company.
