My experience was quite disappointing. It felt like we were being strung along throughout the transaction. Initially, the slabs were in stock, then they weren't. Next, they were supposedly being shipped from abroad, then they were in a warehouse without a release or delivery date. After waiting several weeks, we requested a refund. We were told the money was being processed, but after another week, they were still chasing accounts. After yet another week with no refund or email response, we contacted our credit card provider for a full refund.
I ordered a 4m diameter sandstone circle on September 25. I was thrilled to find one that was both large and affordable. They easily managed the different billing and delivery addresses. Although there was a delay due to a sale, they kept me updated throughout the wait. Most impressively, after I mentioned my disability, they went above and beyond to find a courier willing to carry the paving by hand down my side alley to the back garden for a modest extra fee. I haven't installed the circle yet, but I rarely encounter such kindness and consideration from any company.

Follow-up... it's amusing how they claim my refunds have been processed while I'm still waiting for the larger one! This is exactly why my negative review is justified. I've never dealt with a company like this.
