This company has been terrible to deal with. I ordered a pack of paving that was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Ten days passed with no dispatch date. I switched to another product that they claimed was available for next-day delivery, but it didn't arrive as promised. Frustrated with the poor customer service, I canceled the second order, doubting they could deliver anything on time. Anyone I've communicated with seems either dishonest or clueless. I'm now waiting for refunds on both orders, which they've said are processed but refuse to confirm in writing. Judging by other reviews, I might be waiting a while. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering; this seems to be a common issue. Don't be fooled by their professional-looking website; they aren't reliable for project materials. Follow-up... it's amusing how they claim my refunds have been processed while I'm still waiting for the larger one! This is exactly why my negative review is justified. I've never dealt with a company like this.
